Ricci Carlo srl of Valenza designs and manufactures precision components in precious metal through plastic deformation and machining. The ethical principles underlying the company are summarised in the general Company Policy, which is circulated to and shared with all parties that have any kind of relationship with the Organisation.
The implementation and management of our Organisational System is based on the requirements of the Responsible Jewellery Council and of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from CAHRAs.
We work to establish strong company management systems by adopting a supply chain policy that affirms our commitment to respecting people and their rights, in order to avoid contributing to the financing of conflict, in compliance with all relevant resolutions and laws issued by the United Nations and by the competent global associations.
We ask that our values and principles be spread and shared by all our counterparties by circulating the Company Policy and requesting its acceptance.
The identification of supply chain risks involves a specific questionnaire sent to our suppliers, based on the risk indicators referred to in the supplement to the OECD “Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from CAHRAs”, supplemented by additional requirements concerning respect for Human Rights, occupational health and safety regulations and environmental regulations.
All our transactions are carried out only and exclusively if the risk level assessed for the counterparty concerned is acceptable. Given the nature of our business (manufacturing on behalf of third parties), risky transactions are not foreseeable.
We encourage our counterparties to report any grievance as soon as possible by email to marco@riccicarlo.it
Responsibility for handling grievances lies with Management.
We declare that during the period of application of the RJC Code of Practices, no deviations from the Code of Practices were found, no risky transactions were detected in the Supply Chain according to the “OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from CAHRAs”, and all transactions processed are low risk.
We further declare that we are not aware of any Human Rights violations caused by us or by our counterparties.
